At Cross Keys Learning, we are committed to your success through targeted interventions designed to support your unique learning needs. Your class tutor and SENDCo work closely with you to create your personalised learning plans, ensuring you receive the right support. As a school our goal is to help you overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve your full potential.
Cross Keys Learning will review your ‘Education, Health, and Care Plan’ (EHCP) once a year. We will also carry out two ‘in year reviews’ which will focus on your targets and goals and how well you are progressing.
You are an important part of this process, and we expect you to take part in your target setting.
We have a commitment to support every student in ensuring that they can progress, either to a traineeship, supported internship, apprenticeship, employment or a further academic course at the end of their studies at Cross Keys Learning. Throughout your time with us there will be opportunities to have a careers interview, visit job fairs and further education events, attend work experience, open days, and talks on a variety of subjects. All of these will offer you a great deal of guidance.
