All Cross Keys Learning students are expected to wear our school uniform. Students should wear:
Grey polo shirt with Cross Keys Learning logo |
Black or grey trousers or skirt (knee length)
Black or grey uniform shorts No black jeans / leggings / jeggings, cargo trousers or any branded items. |
Grey Sweatshirt with Cross Keys Learning logo |
Plain black shoes/trainers (no logo)
No sandals / flip flops / sliders or crocs. Black trainers for PE. |
Grey, Black or White Socks |
PE: Dark track suit bottoms / leggings / shorts and PE T-Shirt and sweatshirt with Cross Keys Learning Logo. No branded items. |
Outside clothing should not be worn during lessons. This includes coats or any kind of hat, cap or hood. A change of sports clothing should be brought for games / PE sessions. |
In order to minimise uniform costs, we are giving parents the opportunity to purchase items within their budget from their shop of choice; this will also enable parents to ensure that the material is suited to those students with sensory needs.
We do ask however that the grey polo t-shirt and grey sweatshirt, display our school logo. Please email hello@toddandco.net for embroidery only.

Please note, mobile phones are not permitted during the school day at Cross Keys Learning. If a young person arrives with a mobile phone, they will be asked to hand it in where it will be kept in the school office until the end of the school day. They will not be given access to this phone during the day. Please only permit your child/young person to bring their mobile phone if they are traveling independently and we will hold the phone for them on arrival until they leave for the day.
No other electronic items including tablets, headphones, smartwatches should be brought into school.
Only stud or small sleeper earrings may be worn. No other piercings are permitted including nose, lip, eyebrow or on any other body parts.
We ask that necklaces, bracelets and rings are not worn. Jewellery is the responsibility of the student and not the school. Lost or damaged items will not be refunded. All jewellery must be removed during practical lessons, for example, PE lessons. If children cannot remove their own earrings, then this should be done at home on the day of PE.
Hairstyles should be smart and moderate in style. Brightly coloured hair is not permitted and long hair should be tied up for practical sessions. Excessive hair accessories should not be worn; however, small hair clips or plain headbands are acceptable.
False nails and make up should be discreet. Students wearing make-up, false nails and eyelashes which are considered inappropriate will be asked to remove it/them or if necessary, will be sent home to remove it.
