Main purpose of the role:
The post holder will work alongside CKL staff to deliver high quality teaching provision which will include:
Supporting learning in the classroom and participating in the implementation of personal learning plans (PLP’s) or intervention programmes for students as designed by the Headteacher/SENCo or class teacher. Duties may include monitoring the progress of Students educationally and/or socially.

Cross Keys Learning is a developing and growing organisation and are recruiting dynamic experienced Teaching Assistants for our Womenswold site. As part of our current growth, we are recruiting highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can relate to students who have struggled within a mainstream setting and need a more nurturing environment, such as Cross Keys Learning.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a wide range of Teaching Assistant skills, especially with SEN students. We are seeking passionate and resourceful individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and who can relate to our students.
You will be expected to support the teaching staff on a day-to-day basis and be able to demonstrate strengths in meeting the SEN needs of our young people. The role will also include general classroom/one to one student support.

Cross Keys Learning are recruiting for an unqualified teacher for our Womenswold site. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a wide range of teaching skills, especially with SEN students. They should be a passionate and resourceful practitioner who is highly motivated and enthusiastic and who can relate to students who have struggled within mainstream settings.
You will be expected to focus on each students’ strengths and developing their academic skills and self-confidence. They should be able to deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students in the areas of Sports, English and Science up to KS4.
Cross Keys Learning will support the successful candidate work towards ‘qualified teacher status’ (QTS) and they should be able to demonstrate their ability to progress with this pathway.
