Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Womenswold Site

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Cross Keys Learning, Womenswold.

The successful candidate will work alongside our staff to support our students both educationally and socially, helping them to engage with learning and achieve their potential.

The role will include:
• Supporting students with their learning in the classroom
• Helping to implement individual Learning Plans (LPs) and intervention programmes
• Working alongside teachers and the SENDCo to meet individual student needs
• Supporting and monitoring students’ educational and social progress
• Helping to create a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment
