We’re kicking things off with Mindful Monday – taking a moment to slow down, breathe and be present. In the busyness of everyday life, even a few minutes to pause can make a real difference to how we feel.
Throughout the day, learners will be exploring simple mindfulness activities and thinking about small actions they can take to support their wellbeing.
