Things are growing nicely in the Womenswold garden! - 09 Jun 2026

We've officially reached that exciting time of year where our garden is starting to provide more than just weeds and optimism!

Our strawberries are beginning to appear, the rhubarb is looking particularly proud of itself and there are plenty of other signs that all the care and hard work is paying off.
The big question now is whether the fruit will make it into the kitchen before being mysteriously "quality tested" by curious students and staff...
It's wonderful to see the garden thriving and giving everyone the chance to learn about growing their own food, spending time outdoors and enjoying a little bit of nature.
