This week, students will be taking part in a range of activities in school to support Mental Health Awareness Week.
We know that mental wellbeing is important for both children and adults, so we are also sharing a simple “Top Ten Actions to Support Good Mental Health” tipsheet with families. The ideas included are small, practical ways to help support positive wellbeing at home and in everyday life.
