As we come to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week, today is all about positivity, kindness and celebrating the small things that make us feel good.
Throughout the day, learners will be focusing on acts of kindness, recognising achievements and reflecting on the actions they can continue beyond this week to support their wellbeing.
