Gunpowder plot - 20 Jun 2026

Walmer students were working exceptionally hard yesterday, creating exciting short stories inspired by The Gunpowder Plot!

Taking on the roles of either the infamous Guy Fawkes or the soldier who discovered him, students have used their historical knowledge from previous lessons to bring their characters and stories to life.

It's been fantastic to see their creativity, imagination and understanding of the topic shine through in their writing. We can't wait to share some of their finished stories with you once they're complete!
